OUR PROJECTS
As Michigan's only student organization emphasizing a profession in theme parks, we pride ourselves with all of the opportunities, people, and places we can offer members! Below is a constantly updating list of projects we partake in- past, present, and future.

Haunted Houses
Every fall our club ideates and fully fabricates a haunted house that hosts over 1,800 visitors. Past themes include nightstalkers and Stranger Things.

Design Competitions
We compete in several different theme park design competitions including Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) Thrill Design Competition and Cornell Theme Park Design ​​

Escape Rooms
TPEG hosts an annual escape room for University students where we host over 100 participants in a 45 minute long escape room. Past themes include Battle of the Banners, Phantom of the Big House, and Escape the Game Show.

Animatronic
Even during COVID, TPEG was able to accomplish projects. Members worked over zoom to design and CAD the ice cream animatronic. The pieces were then 3D printed and assembled at the end of the semester.

Volunteering
One volunteer project included collaborating with the Ann Arbor Girl Scouts to earn their Design Badge​
